MGLine Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1 Eligibility to Use MGLine

MGLine is an entertainment platform intended strictly for adults. To register and use any service on MGLine — including sports betting, casino games, slots, bingo and the MGLine app — you must meet the following conditions without exception.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. MGLine does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to open an account, deposit funds or participate in any games or betting activity.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for your own personal entertainment, not on behalf of any third party or commercial enterprise.
• You must not be accessing MGLine from a jurisdiction where online gaming or sports betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.

2 Account Registration and Security

• One account per person — duplicate accounts are not permitted and will be closed.
• Account details including name and date of birth cannot be changed after verification without formal documentation.

• MGLine may request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your CNIC) before processing withdrawals or in response to account activity that requires confirmation.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and PKR Transactions

All transactions on MGLine are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees applied to deposits or withdrawals. The payment methods currently supported include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer and selected debit/credit cards.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically reflected in your MGLine balance within a few minutes of successful payment. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. If a deposit has not appeared after a reasonable period, contact MGLine support with your transaction reference number.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are shown at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Processing times vary by method.
• MGLine does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must come from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. Requests will not be unreasonably delayed once verification is complete.
• Any funds in your account that have been credited as a result of a system or human error must be reported to support immediately and are not yours to withdraw.

4 Sports Betting Rules

The MGLine sports betting section covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and other markets. By placing a bet on MGLine, you accept the specific rules applicable to that sport and market, in addition to these general terms.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless MGLine exercises its right to void a bet under the circumstances listed below.

• MGLine reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where an obvious pricing error occurred, including odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical fault.
• Bets on matches or events that are abandoned, postponed or cancelled will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport. For cricket, rain-affected matches follow standard Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes.
• In-play betting odds are subject to change at any point during live events. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation message.
• Maximum stake limits apply to individual bets and may vary by market. MGLine reserves the right to limit or refuse bets at its discretion without providing a reason.
• Suspicious or irregular betting patterns may result in account review and potential restriction or closure.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Free Bets

MGLine may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets or other incentives to new and existing players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is communicated. The general principles below apply to all MGLine bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion details.

• All game results are final. Technical malfunctions during a game session — such as a disconnection — will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules, and incomplete rounds may be voided or completed on reconnection depending on the game.

• Sharing account access with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.
